Comedy Evaluator ProTM
is
designed to let you know EXACTLY where
you are at on the "funny" scale now without
having depend on any input from friends,
relatives, co-workers, or others.
The principle is a simple
one. There are basically two events that
occur when a comedy performer is on stage
successfully:
1. The performer is talking or
2. The audience is
reacting (called Positive Audience ResponseTM
or PAR)
Just to give you an idea,
we evaluated the acts of several comedy
stars and headliners. All of them had a PAR
score in the 30s, 40s, or even 50s. Most
open mikers have a PAR under 5. If you are a "headliner"
but don't have PAR of at least 30, you are only
headlining in your own mind. If your PAR is 10
or less, you may want to keep your day job.
